Retail Store Manager

Main Duties :

• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Implement price and credits policies
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Proposed Wage - $30.00 / hour , 35–40 hours / week
Working Hours - 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (which may vary according to schedules)
Benefits Information Overtime: $45.00 /hour will be paid any work done after 40 hours a week

Vacation Pay: 4% of gross
Qualification : High School

Experience - 2 - 3 years Experience required
