    Responsibilities and Duties:

    This is a B2B sales role - client facing and often on deadline, with in-person introductions, consistent prospecting, and a fast paced, relatively quick sales cycle. As our team members introduce and explain our products for digital and print advertising, we find that they become deeply networked in the community where they are staffed, and they grow to become experts in sales, business development and marketing.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Must have sales experience. B2B is preferred.

    This is not a remote enabled position. Must work in the location territory.


    Compensation is comprised of a base salary (includes expense allowance) and commissions of up to 20% starting immediately in the first year. Commissions are uncapped and residual! A very real and attainable quarterly bonus program as well! Lucrative earning potential and career growth for the right candidate. There is a comprehensive initial training program and ongoing training that will enhance and complement your existing knowledge to prepare you for success.     A valid driver's license and vehicle. Cell phone and laptop with Microsoft Office are required.

    Salary: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

    Job Duties:

    • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
    • Meet monthly quotas
    • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
    • Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
    • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
    • Other duties as requested
