    The Bannister Automotive Group, Business Development Centre division in Vernon, is currently looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven person to join our Service Call Centre team as an Appointment Coordinator.

    What the day of a Call Centre Appointment Coordinator looks like:

    • The call centre team makes outbound calls to the Bannister Automotive Group’s current client base to:
    • Notify customers when automotive services are due
    • Make recommendations on automotive services required
    • Inform customers of recalls on their vehicle
    • Confirm service appointments and take and make other calls as needed

    What will help you be successful:

    You will be working with multiple dealerships and with multiple phone lines. This is a fast-paced job. It would be a good fit for someone comfortable with multi-tasking, and committed to providing outstanding customer service to Bannister Automotive Group’s clients.

    • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services is needed in order to schedule regular maintenance, recalls and preventive services for multiple Bannister dealerships
    • Sales experience with the necessary skills needed to address customer hesitation and uncertainty
    • Well developed customer service and telephone skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
    • High school diploma
    • Knowledge of software systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email systems
    • Previous Customer service experience
