    Woodlands Accounting Assistant
    Okanagan Woodlands – Lumby B.C.


    Reporting to the Woodlands Accounting Supervisor, the Woodlands Accounting Assistant is responsible for processing financial and statistical information and for the management of financial procedures and systems related to all accounting functions for Woodlands. Primary responsibilities are processing logger’s pay, maintaining information within the Log Inventory Management System (LIMS) and maintaining load information, assist with the month-end process as well as record management.  Responsibilities also include supporting woodlands staff by ensuring that all administrative work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.


    • Related post-secondary training;
    • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts;
    • Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
    • Computer proficiency is essential;
    • 2 years related experience;
    • The ability to relate to a variety of people and work in a team environment
