    ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (7 MONTH CONTRACT)

    The Accounts Receivable Administrator supports the business by processing customer payments in an accurate and timely manner. They work closely with internal departments and Store Divisions to ensure deadlines are met and that up-to-date information is available.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Daily posting of customer payments and maintenance items
    • Provides data entry support to other members of the Accounts Receivable team
    • Assists in month-end statement and reporting requirements

    WORK EXPERIENCE
    • 1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
    • Strong work ethic
    • High focus on customer service
    • High level of maturity and professionalism
    • Work well within a team

    EDUCATION
    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
    • Must have reliable internet access
    • Must be able to work in Vernon Office for month-end processes

    NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
    • Experience working in PeopleSoft Financials, FIS or GetPaid Cash Application
    • Accounting or bookkeeping certification
