For those new to Pilates your instructor will introduce you the beginner repertoire as well as educate you on how your body is moving during Pilates. Pilates aims to increase flexibility, re-align your posture while strengthening your core and giving you better balance. Additional private sessions may be required at the discretion of your instructor. We observe your posture, as well as how you walk, sit and move through space. There is great information hidden within these common tasks, telling us what muscles are tight, which ones are weak, where your body is overworking and what parts are simply not doing their job.
