    Dione joined the Greater Vernon Chamber from the Fort Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, where she managed and worked for five years.

    A community advocate, passionate volunteer and a previous entrepreneur, Dione is eager to support Greater Vernon's business climate and she brings her previous experience to the Chamber organization.  

    Out of the box thinking and strategic planning are Dione's strengths and she wants to continue with  advocacy work to ensure the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce continues to be one of the most respected Chambers in the province.

  • Dan Proulx
    Membership and Marketing Coordinator

    Dan Proulx grew up in Calgary and in 2009, moved to Vernon along with his wife Vicki who is originally from Armstrong.  They both have a strong passion for Vernon and stay busy giving back to the community through volunteer work.  Dan has been heavily involved in JCI Vernon since 2011, chairing many events and holding the position of membership director.  He was presented with JCI Canada’s National New Member of the Year Award and was also fortunate to be elected president. 

    Dan has had the opportunity to meet so many amazing people in Vernon and he’s excited about the opportunity to grow the Chamber’s already strong membership base while also enhancing the events and benefits GVCC provides to its members and the business community. He has a passion for business and is an entrepreneur at heart, and won second place in Community Future's  Enterprize Challenge.

  • Richard Rolke
    Communications and Program Coordinator

    Richard Rolke comes to the Chamber of Commerce after a lengthy career in the local media, with a particular focus on local government, business, First Nations and the community at large. Born in the Okanagan, Richard has lived in the Greater Vernon area for 29 years and has called Coldstream home for almost 24 years with his wife Jodi. Beyond his career, Richard has been extremely active in the community, including with the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation and the North Okanagan Community Life Society.

    Richard not only knows people virtually everywhere he goes, but he has an extensive knowledge of the history of the region, and he brings that passion for the North Okanagan to the Chamber. He is also excited about using his communications skills to further the relationship between the Chamber and its membership, and to advocate on their behalf.
