Welcome to the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce's website!

The primary purpose of this login section is for members to be able to change their listing in our Membership Directory.

IF YOU ARE LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME:

1. Before you can log in to make changes, you must first claim your website listing by clicking on the 'Create an account' button under the login area. This is a one-time requirement enabling you to choose your own username and password. 

2. Follow the directions for completing the brief form. **IMPORTANT: before clicking the 'Register' button at the bottom of the form, be sure to do the spam check (easy math question) on the right-hand side of the form.

3. You will receive an activation email from the Chamber. Click on the link provided in the email to activate your Chamber website account.

4. As soon as you activate your account, your username and general information will be sent to Vernon Chamber staff for verification.

• Once the staff verify your identity, your account will be enabled so you can edit your listing in our Membership Directory.  Verification may require a phone call to your business in some circumstances.
• Generally, accounts are activated within one business day.

Once your account is enabled, you will be able to log in with your username and password to change your listing at any time (see directions below to do this).

IF YOU ARE LOGGING IN TO UPDATE YOUR LISTING (YOU MUST HAVE ALREADY CREATED YOUR ACCOUNT AS OUTLINED ABOVE):

1. Log in with the username and password you chose when you created your account.

2. Navigate to our Membership Directory and locate your business.

3. An 'Edit' button will appear to the left of your business name in the listing. (Note: the button appears as a dark blue rectangle, and the word 'Edit' becomes visible as you place your cursor over it.) Select it to load your listing for editing.

4. Enter the information that you would like to change.  Please be professional and do not post any inappropriate written content or images.

5. When you are ready, select the 'Save' button and your changes will be submitted for moderation. Changes will be moderated and published within one business day.
