Event Info

Over the last 18 months, we have witnessed a dramatic shift in our provincial, national, and global labour markets. This shift has left many employers uncertain of future staffing and skill needs, and training requirements for their existing workers to successfully compete going forward. Employment counsellors also need relevant information for the many clients seeking training that will match the new job opportunities of the future. The Shifting Directions - Preparing the Next Work Place conference will inform and provide strategy to growing businesses, human resource professionals, and employment counsellors for success as our economy recovers. The Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce is proud to be partnering with Community Futures North Okanagan for this conference!
